• Understand customer needs and provide tailored engine machining solutions.
• Operate and maintain machine shop equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage diverse jobs from different industries, including agriculture, high-performance, diesel, and more.
• Estimate job requirements accurately, coordinate resources, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout projects.
• Perform a variety of machine shop tasks such as engine rebuilds, block reconditioning, and part machining.

Requirements

• Demonstrated manual dexterity for machining and assembly operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical inclination and ability to lift 70 pounds regularly.
• Proficiency in basic computer knowledge.
