Frontline Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Frontline Associate to join Arete Collective LP. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Thomas Ranch Team, contributing to the development and maintenance of our inspired master-planned community. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, integrity, and professionalism.

Core Responsibilities:

• Groundskeeping and Landscaping
• Light housekeeping and support for internal staff
• Errand running as needed
• Event logistics, budgets, and invoicing support

Key Duties Include:

• Watering plants and garden maintenance
• Trash removal and recycling duties
• Caring for farm animals and collecting eggs
• General housekeeping tasks
• Pool and pond maintenance
• Vehicle maintenance and grocery runs
• Office cleaning and bedroom upkeep
• Grounds maintenance including weeding and gate cleaning
• Horse stall cleaning and other assigned tasks

Ideal Candidates Are/Have:

• Outstanding professionalism
• Self-starting and can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent task management skills

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role beneficial
• Real Estate, Development, or Hospitality background preferred
• Transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds

This full-time position is based at our Spicewood location with a competitive hourly wage of 15-20.
