Job Description

We are looking for a talented National Accounts Field Service Manager to join our team at Develon. As the manager of service support for National, Key Accounts, and Large Governmental contracts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, machine uptime, and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service support for National, Key Accounts, and Large Government contracts.
  • Act as the primary communication link between customers, field staff, and internal teams.
  • Build strong relationships with dealerships and customers to address service and parts needs promptly.
  • Coordinate product training programs for service managers and technicians.
  • Oversee Field Mod Administration and Call Tracs Management processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Technical field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in construction equipment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Develon products.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%.
