As an Estimator, you will collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to determine project costs, manage budgets, and ensure project success. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams on new and existing projects to ensure estimates align with time frames, budgets, and scopes.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and scopes to produce detailed cost estimates.
• Negotiate with subcontractors to maintain competitive pricing and material availability.
• Identify cost-saving strategies and alternative materials for project efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external project team members.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Construction Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in estimating and procurement management.
• Knowledge of commercial construction practices, materials, and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
