As an Estimator, you will collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and sales to determine project timeframes, labor, materials, and budgets. Your responsibilities will include analyzing project plans, following up on bids, managing project costs, and staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams on new and existing projects to ensure timely and accurate estimates.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope to produce detailed estimates.
• Follow up with contractors on bids, focusing on maintaining relationships and competitive pricing.
• Analyze project risks, conduct cost comparisons, and identify cost-saving strategies.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external team members.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and material costs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2-year degree in Construction Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of estimating and procurement management experience.
• 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in Commercial Construction (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of commercial construction practices and materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in various environments and manage multiple project bids simultaneously.
