Equipment Operator - Mechanic

Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Equipment Operator - Mechanic to join our team at Wysocki Family Companies. Based in Eagle River, WI, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting various agricultural operating equipment, including tractors, trucks, and conveyors. As part of our close-knit team, you will contribute to a variety of tasks such as record-keeping, snow removal, and building maintenance. Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and troubleshooting maintenance on agricultural equipment.
• Operate and maintain various types of farm equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Contribute to different areas of farm operations such as snow removal, building maintenance, and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Three years+ field/maintenance and equipment operation experience in agriculture.
• Mechanical skills, including knowledge of basic electrical systems.
• Driver's License with an Acceptable Driving Record.
