Requirements
- Third level qualification in Engineering or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of professional engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Lithium Battery systems preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel (10%-20%).
