Job Description

We are hiring a Division Manager to lead our Litigation Support department at Reciprocity Industries. As the Division Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Litigation Support and supervising the staff to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise Litigation Support staff.
  • Ensure quality service delivery and meet performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for best practices.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Train and coach staff to improve performance and meet goals.
  • Comply with laws and regulations related to privacy and data protection.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Communicate with other departments for alignment with business objectives.
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration among staff.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication, supervisory, and leadership skills.
  • Extensive industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a related field and leadership roles preferred.
