Director of Contracts and Grants

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Contracts and Grants to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As the Director, you will lead all pre and post contract award administration activities under the guidance of the Vice President of Finance. Your role will involve managing contract life-cycles, interpreting regulations, and collaborating with organizational leaders to understand contracts and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support contract bids, negotiations, and proposals.
• Manage contract life-cycles and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams on fund spending and reporting.
• Work closely with financial reporting to document and track revenues.
• Collaborate with state funding partners and manage billing portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in finance, grants, and contract management.
• Experience leading cross-departmental teams and data analytics expertise.
• Strong communication, leadership, and GAAP knowledge.
