Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Encourage community involvement and participation in recreational activities.
• Assist participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting and nutrition.
• Handle behavioral challenges with compassion and patience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Must be patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
