Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work safely to maintain an accident-free environment.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on various powered equipment and road trailers.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulics, and air brake systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks with a focus on quality.
• Diagnose equipment problems accurately and provide lasting repair solutions.
• Keep the repair shop organized and clean.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and materials.

Qualifications

• Team player with a high sense of urgency and ownership.
• Ability to prioritize work and work independently.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and dedication to equipment care.
• Technical degree preferred with 3-5 years of experience; equivalent experience considered.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills for work order management and information retrieval.
