Foundever is now hiring Customer Services Associates in Wise, VA to handle inbound calls exclusively. As part of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our global industry clients, focusing on voice, chat, and email communications. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound service calls and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications
- Live within 50 miles of our Wise, VA location for on-site work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask while assisting customers.
- Problem-solving attitude with a commitment to career advancement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years and high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Successful completion of a background check.
