Foundever, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (No Outbound Calls) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering professional customer service through inbound voice, chat, and email communications. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, navigating systems, and continuously developing your skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound service calls.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications.
  • Navigate through multiple systems and tools.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development.

Qualifications

  • Must live within 50 miles of 2181 W Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to advance in a reputable company.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
