Responsibilities

  • Complete follow-through on orders from start to finish.
  • Enter data and process orders accurately, including associated documentation.
  • Schedule pick-ups and delivery appointments.
  • Coordinate truck arrangements and negotiate freight rates.
  • Review supplier invoices and freight bills for payment approval.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with trucking companies and scheduling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take charge when needed.
  • Good numerical skills.
