About the Role:
We are seeking a Corrugator Supervisor to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will manage production floor operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on safety, people development, manufacturing, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead production floor employees to meet manufacturing schedules.
- Coordinate production operations while maintaining quality procedures and safety regulations.
- Provide coaching, training, and development to operations personnel.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive safety excellence.
Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D. with 3-5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Experience in the corrugated industry is preferred.
- Ability to work in high-temperature and humidity conditions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
