• Collaborate with Project Team to define project scope and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate vendor contracts for project profitability.
• Communicate project progress and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop client relationships in alignment with corporate goals.
• Oversee project schedules and administer change processes.
• Ensure project quality through QA/QC processes.
