Job Description

Roundhouse Communities LLC, a leading developer and manager of real estate projects, is looking for a dedicated Community Manager to join our team. As the Community Manager, you will oversee all property operations to achieve financial goals, maintain resident satisfaction, and uphold compliance with regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property operations including maintenance, leasing, and resident relations.
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract and retain residents, including marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate property records, handle rent collection, and prepare financial reports.
  • Work with regional managers to set and achieve property objectives.
  • Handle resident complaints professionally and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee property inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and safety procedures.
  • Represent the company positively and uphold a professional demeanor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Community Manager or related role.
  • Real estate license required or willingness to obtain within 120 days.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
