Job Description

Join Property Management Inc (PMI) as a Certified HVAC Technician in Camp Hill, PA. Bring your expertise to service managed apartment homes in the Harrisburg area. Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a company vehicle provided. Earn competitive hourly pay starting at $20+ depending on experience, plus a $500 sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks at various properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Handle light electrical work, appliance repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.

Requirements

• Valid PA Driver's License.
• Prior residential or multifamily housing experience preferred.
• Basic hand tools required.
• High school diploma/GED.
