Job Description
We are hiring a Case Manager to join our team at Wisconsin Community Services, specifically focusing on the Jefferson County Alcohol and Drug Treatment Courts. The role involves providing intensive support and case management to third and greater OWI offenders in the Alcohol Treatment Court and Drug Treatment Court Participants.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 40 to 50 participants, from intake to discharge, to support successful recovery.
- Collaborate with the APD and other stakeholders to ensure effective program operations.
- Administer assessments, make referrals, and monitor participant progress and compliance with court requirements.
- Attend court hearings, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold program policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or related field.
- Experience in case management and familiarity with the criminal justice system.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License and ability to pass a criminal background check.
Additional Information
- Reports to Program Director and collaborates with various stakeholders.
- Work is performed in office, jail, and courtroom settings.
- Requires good hearing, verbal communication, and occasional driving in Jefferson County.
