As a Breakfast Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and servicing food items, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and delivering exceptional customer service at all Food and Beverage Outlets. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Prepare and service food items according to hotel recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, utensils, and equipment.
  • Stock inventory, set up stations, and ensure timely food preparation.
  • Adhere to kitchen policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and support a positive work environment.
  • Flexibility to work various schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certification.
  • 1-2 years' experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
  • Knowledge of Safe Serving practices and Virginia laws. ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Basic math and computer skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand or walk for long periods; lift, carry, and reach overhead.
  • Ability to work in hot/cold environments and handle objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Exposure to chemicals and odors.

Mental Requirements

  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Ability to evaluate situations and handle pressure.
  • Maintain composure, problem-solving skills, and handle workplace disputes.
