Associate Director, Real World Data

Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Director, Real World Data to join our team at T1D EXCHANGE INC. As a key member of the Real-World Data team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising statistical analyses for various research projects and data initiatives related to diabetes care.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare study documents, reports, and presentations summarizing research findings.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of analytics deliverables from the Real-World Data team.
• Supervise and provide training to team members.
• Develop statistical analysis plans for research studies using industry-standard tools.
• Establish best practices for data management and review published works for cutting-edge research methods.

Qualifications

• PhD in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, or related fields.
• Proficiency in statistical programs like R or Python.
• Experience with relational databases and advanced statistical techniques.
• Highly skilled in clinical and socio-behavioral data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation
