Responsibilities

• Direct medical intervention and ensure the delivery of high-quality medical care to patients.
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical staff, maintaining clinical standards and productivity goals.
• Manage patient charting, record-keeping, and administrative functions.
• Develop clinical policies, recruit, hire, and coordinate medical staff activities.

Requirements

• BE/BC degree in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Minimum five years' experience as a hospitalist with management/leadership experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality measures and healthcare regulations.
• Strong inpatient skill set and commitment to exceptional patient care.
• Proficiency in office management, EMRs, and relevant licensures.
