Responsibilities

• Develop and configure solutions within ServiceNow using Agile methodologies.
• Define strategic product roadmaps in partnership with the Product Owner.
• Engage in Continuous Professional Education and advocate for engineering best practices.
• Lead and support Associate and Senior Associate Application Engineers to foster growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or Software Engineering.
• Technical proficiency in the Dreyfus engineering scale (internal applicants).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow modules: CMDB, Service Mapping, and more.
• ServiceNow certifications and knowledge of web application frameworks.
• Understanding of software testing principles and secure web application development.

Compensation: Base pay ranges from $86,500.00 to $146,100.00, plus additional incentives.
