Job Description
Wysocki Family of Companies is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of agricultural and potato conveyance equipment. The work can be performed in both the maintenance shop and outdoors, providing a dynamic work environment. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, enhancing their mechanical skills through hands-on tasks and daily projects.

Location: Bancroft, WI – conveniently located near Stevens Point and Wisconsin Rapids.
Hours: Monday to Friday with core hours from 6 AM to 4 PM. Occasional weekend work or off-core hours may be required based on seasonal demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting
- Basic tool ownership (company provides specialized tools)
- Knowledge of variable frequency drives is beneficial
- Experience with maintaining potato conveyance equipment is a plus
- Basic welding and machining skills are advantageous
- Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic theories
