Account Executive - Commercial Leasing Agent

Join our team at E V Bishoff Company as an Account Executive - Commercial Leasing Agent. In this role, you will work directly for the Owner, showcasing available office spaces, creating lease proposals, securing new tenants, and managing existing tenant leasing needs. The position requires a fast-paced approach with a focus on tenant interactions, space knowledge, and floor planning.

Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly on leads from the Marketing Department to schedule showings and secure leases.
• Participate in business development through our corporate neighbors' program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including email and video conferencing.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport and excellent time management skills.

Compensation

This is a salaried position with a range of $50,000.00 - 70,000.00 annually, with bonuses of $10-15,000 achievable upon meeting individual goals.
