Position: Warehouse Team Member

Salary: Competitive Pay Starting at $17 per hour
Primary Objective & Scope of Position:
This position entails performing various duties related to merchandise movement, including storing, moving, and distributing products. The role involves leading by example and providing training to other team members.
Essential Functions and Accountabilities:
Merchandise Movement:
- Move merchandise efficiently within locations to optimize space.
- Transfer merchandise to and from the show floor for storage, delivery, or shipping.
- Utilize the point of sale (POS) system for managing inventory flow.
- Ensure the accuracy of customer orders and system records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise following specified procedures.
Training:
Lead by example and provide training to team members.
Customer Service:
Maintain professional communication with customers, colleagues, and vendors to ensure inventory accuracy and address discrepancies.
Other Responsibilities:
Adhere to safety policies, practice safe behaviors, prevent equipment/merchandise damage, and maintain facility organization. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (or currently working towards one), basic math skills, knowledge of tools and hardware, valid driver's license, basic computer knowledge, POS familiarity preferred.
