UX Researcher (Hybrid)

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate UX Researcher to join our team at Cella, a leading pharmaceutical company, on a contract basis in New York, New York. As a UX Researcher, you will be a key player in improving our organization's workplace environment and culture by conducting in-depth research to understand employee needs, behaviors, and satisfaction levels. Through various methodologies, you will drive initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to gather insights on employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Analyze research data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for enhancing the employee experience.
• Develop and maintain employee personas and journey maps to guide experience design initiatives.
• Present research findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies impacting employee experience.
• Advocate for employee needs throughout the design processes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience and be proficient in user research platforms, survey tools, and communication. Strong curiosity, independence, and initiative are essential qualities for success in this role.
