Job Description
GreenState Credit Union is looking for an Account Resolution Portfolio Risk Analyst to join our team. This role involves transforming data into actionable insights to drive strategic initiatives and support key business objectives. The Portfolio Risk Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust reporting and analytics, providing in-depth analysis, and recommendations for effective risk management.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to the Credit Union's core values and Service Standards.

- Lead data management, analytics, and business intelligence functions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive analytical models.
- Monitor and track vendor performance and adherence to service level agreements.
- Report insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in collections with consumer and/or commercial loans.
- Experience with software such as Microsoft Power BI, R, Python, SQL, and more.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills with experience in data analytics.
- Ability to prioritize assignments, manage multiple projects efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Reporting Relationship
This position reports to the Senior Vice President/Account Resolutions.
