Safety Officer-SPR

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Safety Officer to ensure a safe and secure environment for our students and staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing safety plans in accordance with regulations and company policies. Your role will involve conducting inspections, providing training, analyzing incidents, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive safety plans.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Provide training on fire safety and other relevant topics.
• Facilitate safety committee meetings and emergency drills.
• Investigate accidents and prepare necessary reports.
• Coordinate with external parties for required inspections.
• Design and implement orientation programs on safety for staff and students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1-year experience in security, fire prevention, or safety.
• Knowledge of standard security procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups.
• Valid State driver's license and CPR/FA Certification required.
