Member Service Representative

Job Description

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to provide exceptional member service and represent the credit union professionally. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $17.39 - $23.40 with additional incentives.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Credit Union Service Standards and uphold GreenState's mission.
• Demonstrate positive member service focus, confidentiality, and teamwork.
• Assist members with transactions, account inquiries, and product information.
• Maintain member relationships and promote GreenState products/services.
• Complete daily transactions, balances, and participate in community events.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills and high energy for a positive member experience.
• Knowledge of deposit products, cash handling, and computer applications.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and maintain effective relationships.
• High school diploma or equivalent, cash handling experience preferred.

Reporting Relationship

Reports to the Vice President/Branch Managers as assigned.
