Job Description: Assistant Estimator

Quality Enterprises USA is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Estimator to join our team in Naples, FL. In this role, you will work under the supervision of an estimator to analyze project information and create budgets, bids, and proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate proposals, specifications, and construction documents.
• Estimate time, labor, materials, and costs for construction projects.
• Create written proposals, cost estimates, and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers.
• Obtain subcontractor and vendor pricing.
• Review change orders and cost impacts.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits.

Requirements:

• 2 years of estimating experience or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of construction practices and estimating software.
• Proficiency in O365 and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong mathematical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field preferred.
