Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join CareerStaff Unlimited's team at a skilled nursing facility in Concord, NH. As an essential member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and supporting healthcare providers in their daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of previous nursing home experience and possess the necessary qualifications to excel in this role.
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care.
- Ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Qualifications
- 6-12 months of recent supervised experience in a long-term care/nursing home setting.
- Registered Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Current CPR/BLS certification and RN license in the state of employment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
