We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Psychiatric Nursing team at FirstHealth Regional Hospital. Our 28-bed unit focuses on delivering exceptional care to patients with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. As a crucial member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing care, support, and encouragement to promote positive patient outcomes and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mental health care services in collaboration with a diverse healthcare team.
• Work closely with patients, families, and community resources to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and report on treatment and progress.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance professional development.

Requirements

• Valid NC RN License or Compact State RN License.
• 1 year of Med/Surg or Behavioral Services experience preferred.
• BCLS certification required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required within five years of employment.
