Job Description

Reports To: Assistant General Manager/Food and Beverage Director

Supervises: F & B Outlet Supervisor, F &B Outlet Associates

Job Purpose: Manage the restaurant's operation to ensure superior service and maximize profits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop short and long term operational plans supporting company objectives.
  • Prepare annual budget and monitor restaurant performance.
  • Maintain product and service quality standards, sales/marketing programs.
  • Ensure proactive human resource functions, compliance with labor regulations.
  • Establish preventive maintenance and security programs.
  • Implement effective two-way communication systems and new programs for customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job Skills:

  • Read and interpret business records, make decisions based on production reports.
  • Use mathematical skills to interpret financial information and prepare budgets.
  • Analyze policies, adapt to changes and interruptions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
  • Experience: Dining room supervisor, cashier, waiter, direct sales, or retail trade experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: TIPS and Food Safety certifications.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, communication and leadership skills, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible hours availability.

Compensation details: $55,000-$60,000 Yearly Salary
