Residential Designer

We are looking for an out-of-this-world person who has the creativity and passion to make client's dreams come true through your ability to design sensational homes.
ABOUT THE RESIDENTIAL DESIGN ROLE
- Develop concept floor plan layouts and exterior elevations
- Transform concept floor plans/elevations into construction documents (Blue Prints)
- Utilize computers comfortably
- Proficient in mathematics
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Understanding of roof, truss & floor loads
- Offer exceptional service to clients
- Meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Detail-oriented, organized, and creative
- Excellent communication skills
- Training and motivating new team members with experience
YOUR PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE
- Revit or similar experience considered a plus
- Experience prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Contributed significantly to team success
- Knowledgeable and reliable point person for product information
- Distinct qualities contributing uniquely to the team
- Open to individuals with diverse backgrounds and achievements
