We are looking for a skilled Director of Maintenance to lead our maintenance team at Rockwell Care. This position involves overseeing maintenance projects, coordinating housekeeping and laundry services, and ensuring the facility operates efficiently. Shift times: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm & On Call
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance projects and operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping and laundry services.
- Ensure the facility meets safety and regulatory standards.
- Supervise maintenance staff and vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or appliance maintenance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
