Job Description

The Bungalows At Mayfield is looking for dedicated Resident Care Associates to join their team. As a Resident Care Associate, you will provide exceptional care and services to residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. This role involves maintaining a safe and comforting environment while following personalized service plans to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and updating Personalized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' hydration and meal attendance are in line with schedules.
• Adhere to resident rights and assist with daily activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Complete all activities of daily living according to residents' plans.
• Respond promptly to security systems and resident call bells.

Requirements

• High school education preferred, state requirements may apply.
• Prior experience with elders or disabled individuals desirable.
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living industry and Dementia care beneficial.
