Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care

Job Description

We are looking for passionate Registered Nurses (RN) with Ventilator, G Tube, and Tracheostomy experience to join our team in the Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas areas. As a Registered Nurse in Home Care, you will provide quality care to patients in need of intravenous therapy in home settings, infusion suites, or physician offices. Responsibilities

• Provide in-home infusions and teach self-administration of infusion therapies.
• Administer specialty pharmacy infusion therapies to patients with rare, chronic, and acute diseases.
• Ensure safe care to patients and adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Coordinate care planning with the Director of Nursing and make appropriate clinical decisions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific differences in patient populations.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse through the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years medical surgical or critical care/ER experience.
• Minimum of one-year recent infusion experience.
• Current PPD and CPR certifications required.
