We are currently seeking a highly motivated and persistent Direct Sales Representative to join the dynamic team at Badger Daylighting Corp. As an integral part of the sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our business within a designated sales territory. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mindset, excelling in new business development and maintaining exceptional account management services.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in field sales activities to drive business growth.
  • Foster business acquisition and maintain strong account relationships.
  • Develop a strategic growth plan focusing on financial success and customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to showcase company services.
  • Address client objectives effectively and ethically.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements in sales contract preparation.
  • Provide post-sales support and reliable feedback to clients.
  • Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in business development.
  • Proficiency in customer support and account management.
  • Ability to establish rapport with potential clients.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
