Job Description

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join Badger Daylighting Corp, North America's largest provider of non-destructive excavating services. As an Outside Sales Representative (OSR), you will play a crucial role in expanding our business in a defined sales territory. This position requires an ambitious individual with a persistent sales strategy focused on acquiring new business and providing top-notch account management.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in field sales activities to drive business growth.
  • Focus on business acquisition and account management to enhance Badger's services.
  • Develop a growth strategy emphasizing financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Organize business meetings with potential clients and address their objectives.
  • Promote company services and ensure compliance with sales contracts.
  • Offer reliable feedback and post-sales support to clients.
  • Establish long-term relationships with new customers.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in business development.
  • Proficiency in customer support and account management.
  • Strong rapport-building skills with clients.
  • Experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services preferred.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or related field advantageous.
