Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room team at Central Vermont Medical Center. As an RN, you will provide direct and indirect professional nursing care to patients, ensure their comfort, and advocate for their needs. You will work in accordance with hospital policies, professional standards, physician orders, and approved care plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to assigned patients.
- Adhere to the Vermont Nurse Practice Act and nursing department policies.
- Support the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the nursing department.
- Utilize the nursing process in patient care.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Vermont.
- Preferably one year of experience in nursing.
- Ability to work 80 hours per pay period.
Incentives
Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for a 2-year commitment for Full-Time hires with at least one year of experience.
