Job Description
Elizabethtown Community Hospital is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg unit. Join our team where a teamwork mentality is a must, and you will have the opportunity for professional growth in the healthcare setting.
Unit Description
Our inpatient unit features 25 beds, including 8 Telemetry beds. We cater to patients in Observation status, those who are acutely ill, and individuals requiring rehabilitation. The team consists of RN’s, LPN’s, CA’s, and a dietary assistant working collaboratively with a patient ratio usually not exceeding 5 for nurses and 6-7 for CA’s.
Incentive
External candidates are eligible for a one-time signing bonus of up to $10,000 (prorated for part-time roles). A relocation package of $9,200 (pro-rated for part-time roles) is also available for those relocating applicants.
