Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Transdev. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing vehicles, including Gillig buses, Cummins, and CAT heavy equipment. You will work four 10-hour days per week, ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections.
- Diagnose and perform repairs on brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, transmissions, and other vehicle components.
- Ensure accurate completion of work orders and provide road call and emergency services support as needed.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement required (or must be obtained within 90 days of Employment).
- Minimum 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience or a combination of technical school education and experience.
- ASE certifications and mechanic's toolset.
- Subject to DOT drug testing.

- $45 - $48 per hour based on experience & qualifications.
