Centria Autism is hiring for the position of Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner. This role involves aligning business goals with team members and management, developing partnerships to deliver value-added services, and maintaining a sound understanding of the company's financial position and culture.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular meetings with business units and provide HR guidance.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions and policies.
- Manage complex team member relations and ensure legal compliance.
- Provide performance management guidance and improve work relationships.
- Identify training needs and support HR initiatives.
- Collaborate on recruitment and diversity initiatives.
- Optimize organizational design and enhance business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred with HR certifications.
- 5-7 years of HR experience resolving team member issues.
- Working knowledge of HR disciplines and laws.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a dynamic environment.
Working Conditions
