Job Description

We are looking for a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join Centria Healthcare, a prominent provider of home-based care and services. In this role, you will collaborate with various business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals, enhance team member relations, and drive performance improvements. The position requires in-depth knowledge of HR practices, legal compliance, and the ability to lead initiatives that support diversity, inclusion, and talent development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular meetings with business units and provide HR guidance.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop effective solutions and policies.
  • Resolve complex team member relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Ensure legal compliance and incorporate HR regulatory requirements for future growth.
  • Provide performance management guidance and support organizational restructuring efforts.
  • Identify training needs, monitor training programs, and optimize workforce productivity.
  • Collaborate on recruitment and diversity initiatives and drive business performance through effective HR practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR certification desired.
  • 5-7 years of HR experience, with strategic HR role experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR disciplines, employment laws, and performance management practices.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and utilize HR analytics techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and G Suite applications.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
