Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join Centria Autism, a leading provider of healthcare services. In this role, you will collaborate with business units, provide strategic HR guidance, and drive key initiatives to enhance team member relations and performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of HR disciplines, and the ability to optimize organizational design for increased productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly meetings and offer HR guidance to center management.
  • Analyze trends to develop solutions and policies for team member relations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and legal requirements are met.
  • Provide performance management guidance and workforce planning support.
  • Collaborate on recruitment and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • PHR/SHRM certification or ability to obtain within one year.
  • 5-7 years of HR experience, with strategic HR role preferred.
  • Working knowledge of compensation practices, performance management, and employment laws.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and drive business results.

Working Conditions

  • Office hours: Monday-Friday, occasional flexibility required.
