Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Location: Pocatello, ID - Kirkwood Meadows and Summit Apartments

11 Residential, a property management company specializing in multifamily properties in the Western US, is looking for a dedicated Property Manager to oversee operations at the Kirkwood Meadows and Summit Apartments in Pocatello, ID. Responsibilities

  • Supervise leasing and maintenance staff, including training and scheduling.
  • Maintain property occupancy through resident retention and effective marketing.
  • Approve lease applicants and evaluate market conditions.
  • Manage revenue and expenses while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate resident activities and vendor negotiations.
  • Ensure timely completion of property reporting and operate within budget guidelines.
  • Maintain property curb appeal through regular inspections.
  • Conduct Human Resources functions, including recruiting and performance reviews.
  • Assist other properties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • 2-5 years of experience in multifamily property management or related field.
  • Valid driver's license and knowledge of property management laws.
  • Proficient in Yardi Property Management Software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Employee Benefits

Abilities and Other Requirements

The role requires the ability to work in a professional office environment, utilize standard office equipment, and travel to various worksites. Overnight travel may be necessary occasionally.
