Job Description
We are looking for a talented Principal Agile Program Manager to join our team at Discover Financial Services. Responsibilities
- Optimize work flow across multiple agile teams.
- Motivate and enable accountability for streamlined product delivery.
- Utilize data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Champion Agile software product development processes.
- Lead efforts in building community and fostering collaboration.
- Collaborate with Discover Technology Academy to support product delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Agile or related roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience with Jira.
- Expertise in Scrum and Extreme Programming (XP) frameworks.
- Proven coaching skills.
- Ability to create and execute software delivery plans.
- Skilled in identifying dependencies and risks.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
