Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Surgical Tech to join our team at the NEW Pickerington Methodist Hospital. As a Surgical Technologist/Certified Surgical Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing the operating room, providing necessary instruments during procedures, and ensuring post-operative room decontamination. Anticipating surgeons' needs and maintaining quality patient care are essential aspects of this role.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist school, equivalent military training, or 10+ years of experience
- BLS - Basic Life Support certification
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures
- Ability to maintain a sterile field and provide technical support during surgeries
Work Schedule
Night Shift, Weeknights 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM
