Join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services as a LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) at Roxboro Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. Currently seeking a Full-Time, Weekends LPN to assist in directing nursing services, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Assist in directing nursing services in compliance with the Nursing Practice Act.
- Delegate duties to nursing personnel and monitor work performance.
- Observe patients for symptoms, reactions, and changes in condition.
- Notify attending physician of emergencies and update orders as necessary.
- Perform assigned duties effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Graduated Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current, valid North Carolina Board of Nursing license.
- Willingness to work as charge nurses and during emergencies.
- Ability to provide quality nursing care with a focus on geriatric patients.
- Yearly CPR certification and participation in required training.
